How can I download my original videos?

You can download your original videos from the Video Settings page. Navigate to Video CMS, select the video you want to download, and find the Download option on the right panel. Click Download Video to get the original file.

Does Vidinfra store my data?

Vidinfra collects video analytics such as views and engagement metrics to provide insights into your content performance. However, we prioritize user privacy, and you have the option to disable analytics tracking in the Collection Settings.

How do I add subtitles to videos?

There are two ways to add subtitles in Vidinfra:

AI-Generated Subtitles – Select subtitle languages in the Processing Settings to generate subtitles automatically for new videos.

Manual Subtitles – Upload SRT files via the Video Settings page to add subtitles manually.

Can I embed videos on third-party LMS and platforms?

Yes, Vidinfra supports video embedding across multiple platforms. We provide iframe (HTML) code, HLS (M3U8) URL, MP4 URL, and DASH (MPD) URL. Vidinfra is compatible with WordPress, Thinkific, Moodle, Salesforce, Webflow, Circle.so, Medium, and other custom-built tools that support video embedding.

How do I customize player settings?

Vidinfra allows complete player customization, including color themes, logos, control settings, and UI preferences. Changes may take 10-15 minutes to reflect on the video.

How can I migrate videos from Vimeo to Vidinfra without manual downloads and uploads?

Vidinfra offers a Vimeo integration that enables direct video migration. Simply select the videos you want to transfer, click Import Videos, and let Vidinfra handle the rest. You’ll receive a notification once the migration is complete.

Can I allow users to download videos?

Yes, to enable video downloads:

Activate MP4 processing in Processing Settings.

Go to Player Settings and enable the Show Download Button option.

How do I prevent screenshots and screen recording when DRM is enabled?

Ensure DRM protection is enabled in your Video Profile Settings to prevent unauthorized screenshots and screen recording.

How can I implement AVOD (Ad-Supported Video on Demand) in Vidinfra?

AVOD can be set up using a VAST Tag URL. Refer to our VAST Tag Documentation for a step-by-step guide.

Currently, we do not offer an algorithm-based related video suggestion feature. If you’d like this feature, you can submit an upvote for it.

If I add a user with the same email to different channels, does it count as multiple users?

No. If the same email is used for multiple channels, it will be counted as one user.

Why aren’t my updated video settings reflecting immediately?

Vidinfra caches video settings for faster performance. Updates may take 10-15 minutes to reflect. If changes don’t appear after this period, please reach out to support.
