Managing Team Members in Vidinfra#
Vidinfra provides a robust member management system that enables organizations to invite multiple users and assign specific access levels based on their roles. This ensures efficient collaboration while maintaining security and administrative control over projects, billing, and API access.
Inviting a New Member#
To invite a new team member:1.
Navigate to the Members SectionIn the Vidinfra Dashboard, go to the "Members" tab from the sidebar menu.
Click the "Invite Member" button at the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the Invitee's EmailInput the email address of the person you want to invite to your organization.

Vidinfra allows you to define access permissions for each member to ensure proper role-based access control.
Understanding Access Levels#
When inviting a member, you can configure the following access levels:1. Project Permissions#
Assign the invitee to one or multiple projects within the organization.
This allows members to contribute to specific projects while restricting access to others.
Simply check the boxes for the relevant projects the member should have access to.
2. Billing Permissions#
This option grants access to subscription plans, payment methods, invoices, and billing details.
Members with billing permissions can manage payments, update billing information, and track invoices.
Important: If billing access is not enabled, the member will not be able to make any financial decisions or view billing-related data.
3. API Permissions#
Enable API access for developers or team members who require programmatic interaction with Vidinfra’s services.
This is useful for integrating Vidinfra with third-party applications or automating tasks using APIs.
Finalizing the Invitation#
Once you’ve assigned the appropriate permissions, click "Send Invite" to send the invitation.
The invitee will receive an email with instructions to accept the invitation and join the organization.
If needed, you can cancel the process anytime by selecting "Cancel" before sending the invite.
Managing Existing Members#
After members accept their invitations, they will appear in the Members section of your dashboard.
Admins can modify permissions, revoke access, or remove members as needed.
This ensures flexibility in managing roles as your organization grows.
