The Billing Page provides a centralized hub for all your organization's billing information on Vidinfra.Current Plan#
Here, you can view your current subscription plan and choose to upgrade or downgrade as needed. This section also includes insights into your monthly usage statistics.Upcoming Invoice#
This section provides an estimated invoice to help you anticipate your charges at the end of the billing cycle. The estimate is updated daily, but current-day usage is not included. This helps you avoid unexpected charges.Payment Methods#
You can add, remove, or update your payment methods for Vidinfra subscriptions. To set a new card as your default payment method, simply mark it as Primary.Please note:#
Your primary payment method cannot be removed if you have an active subscription.
To remove all payment methods, you must downgrade to a free plan first.
All payment details are securely stored and processed via Stripe.Billing Details#
Need to update your invoice details? You can modify your company name, GST/VAT details, and billing address on this page.Important: Vidinfra only collects taxes in regions where it meets the tax threshold. If tax collection begins in your region, you will receive prior notification.Invoices#
Access all your past invoices here, along with details such as invoice amounts and payment statuses. You can download invoices as PDFs, and for any outstanding payments, use the Payment Info button to review and complete them.Billing Alerts#
Stay informed about your upcoming costs by setting up billing alerts via email. You can specify a threshold amount and choose who receives the alerts.Note: Alerts are sent only once per month when the threshold is exceeded. Modified at 2025-06-19 04:59:01
